Why Vino Veritas?  Simply put… Real wine from real people.  

It is so much more than that.  In my twenty-five years as a wine lover, and years working in retail sales and a local winery, I have often been asked how do you find really good wine.  And to this day I cannot really think of a better answer than “follow your tastes”… everything else follows. 

Following that credo, my focus has been to seek out high quality, family run wineries that produce some of the very best “real wine”.  This usually means that it comes in very limited quantities and expresses the highly unique visions of the winemakers.

Having moved to Wisconsin after living in California and France, we missed the rich diversity of wines we found in those other locations. We represents wines from virtually every major producing region in the world. We search out the very best wines …. ones rich in passion and character.
