Giordano Lombardo

Giordano Lombardo

Nestled just outside the medieval village of Gavi, immersed in the greenery of oak woods and vineyards, stands the biodynamic farm Giordano Lombardo. It covers an area of twenty hectares, in the silence of a land on the border between Piedmont and Liguria. The native Cortese di Gavi and Barbera vines are grown according to the biodynamic method, to give life to a genuine wine, a mirror of the climate, the land and the tradition of this area. Passionately committed to the idea that nature is a resource to be nurtured rather than exploited and misused, yields are kept low and the use of pesticides, herbicides, anti-mildew agents and fertilizers is strictly forbidden.
