Fernand & Fils

Ziegler Fernand et Fils is a hidden gem located in the scenic village of Hunawihr, Alsace, France. Fernand was born in 1899. He was farmer winegrower and also visonary. Fernand innovated by buying the first tractor of the region in 1920, to plough his fields and to keep up his vines. He already combined tradition and modernism. Today, his great grandsons, independant winegrowers, perpetuate the domain, by cultivating the same land in a process certified organic viticulture.
